1. Delivery Info

Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the Product you intend to purchase. The Products purchased by you on the Website are delivered to the address specified by you for that purpose. Delivery will be made only after your payment has been received.

  2. Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit on any purchase made on this Site except in the case of a Product arriving damaged. In the case that your order arrived damaged please contact Tucks Tankery within 24 hours of its delivery at tuckstankery@gmail.com. Include photos of the Product, box, and your order number. We promise we will make things right with your order. 

  3. Foreign Country Return Policy

Tucks Tankery does not guarantee that customs does not confiscate the Products ordered by you. If such is the case Tucks Tankery is under no obligation to refund any payments to you.

Our foreign return/exchange policy is implemented on a case-by-case basis. Because of the rise of shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes, we do our best to accommodate such requests within our discretion, though always with customer satisfaction in mind.

Tucks Tankery reserves the right to amend this Shipping and Return Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. As well, Tucks Tankery and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a return, exchange, refund, or store credit request for any reason.
